These are pewter miniatures made by Foundry and Copplestone Castings for use in Foundry's skirmish game Street Violence. The rules of the game are available as a free PDF on their website.
The figures are mounted on round plastic Games Workshop bases. I painted these figures well over a decade ago and there are definitely some things that I wouldn't do the same way now. The most annoying to me are the glossy coat of varnish and the large ugly aquarium gravel I used to decorate the bases. I also don’t like the Trump-level fake tan some of the figures seem to be wearing... On the whole, though, I think they still look pretty decent.

Some
sharply dressed thugs. These figures were sort of influenced by the
game GTA Vice City. The fellow in blue was painted up like the main character
Tommy Vercetti (voiced by Ray Liotta). The fellow in white is Lance Vance (voiced by Philip Michael Thomas, who played Ricardo Tubbs in Miami Vice).
